    Parrot cookies are excellent and always fresh and my African gray loves them!
    Your oven Fresh Bites, on the other hand, which I have been purchasing for years on end, have reached a level of poor quality control. Every bag I order either from Caitec or Petco presents with stale, burnt and rockhard pellets which my bird refuses to eat. And I have to dampen a paper towel drop some pellets in it fold it put it in the microwave and then he’ll eat it. I shouldn’t have to do this.
    Unfortunately I have made multiple email attempts with some of your CSR‘s, tgao, etc
    and have gotten nowhere. I was even promised a replacement bag and that was back at the end of April and no word -nothing.
    I am very disappointed in your customer service.
